Job summary

Beacon Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to join our Research Department in Singapore. You will train new fieldwork team members, deploy field staff to projects, monitor KPIs, and coach colleagues to maintain data collection quality.

The role requires a minimum Diploma and about 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent English communication plus proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil to engage with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil).

• Qualified: Minimum Diploma required.
• Experienced: Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Skilled in:
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
  • People management: coaching, motivating, training others
  • Communication: Speak and write clearly and confidently in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil to effectively communicate with Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil-speaking clients.
