We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Operational Governance & Compliance team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements across retail operations.

What You\'ll Do
- You will stay informed of relevant standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to Retail Operations.
- You will ensure all retail outlet formats consistently with regulatory requirements, liaise with them to support proper implementation of the requirements, and closely monitor gaps to ensure timely remediation and adherence.
- You will provide compliance support to Retail Operations to address compliance issue which may impact operations.
- You will conduct meticulous due diligence audits to assess compliance standard and facilitate the issuance of necessary compliance documentation.
- You will evaluate potential compliance risks and implement controls to prevent violations.
- You will develop a broad and detailed understanding on the retail outlet network\'s processes and procedures to ensure alignment with compliance and operational standards.
- You will ensure multiple key targets and deliverables are met while maintaining high operational standards at the retail outlet formats.
- You will closely monitor areas that are heavily audited and ensure all relevant risks are identified and appropriate controls are in place to minimise exposure to risk or non-compliances.
- You will provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders on emerging trends and their implications for business operations and compliance planning.
- You will support the design and execution of targeted compliance initiatives that promote adherence to internal policies and regulatory expectations.
- You will coordinate activities to assess frontline practices and to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within retail operations.
- You will independently lead end-to-end development and rollout of compliance efforts, including engagement strategies and communication materials.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project-based compliance activities with broader operational goals.
- You will maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support continuous improvement, stakeholder assurance, and future planning.
- You will manage robust tracking frameworks and data visualizations that enable timely and effective reviews.
- You will maintain performance metrics, reporting systems, and data repositories that support strategic planning and operational oversight.
- You will align data tracking methodologies with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Business, or the equivalent.
- You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in audit, risk & compliance, retail operations management, and/or customer service support.
- You should possess strong logical thinking, sense of integrity, and sensitivity to data.
- You should have strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- You should be proactive, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- You should demonstrate discipline in meeting timelines and be goal oriented.
