Job summary

The sggovterp BE Transformation team is seeking a capable professional to drive the adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and BIM across Singapore's built environment sector.

You will collaborate with government agencies, solution providers, BE firms, and training partners to shape strategy, streamline processes, and build competencies for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction-related discipline, with at least 3 years of working experience in the Built Environment sector.
• Individual with profound belief in digital transformation and possessing a strong understanding of digital technology within the BE industry.
• Experience in implementing IDD and/or BIM in projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Forward-thinking, resourceful and committed to making a positive impact on Singapore's built environment transformation

Responsibilities

Part of the team driving the transformation of the Build Environment (BE) sector into a highly productive and integrated sector with digitalisation as a key enabler.

What you will be working on

In particular, to drive the adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation and build competencies to enable better value chain integration and data-driven decision-making within the sector.
