Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a professional to drive the adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to modernise the Built Environment sector. You will collaborate with government agencies, industry players and training providers to identify gaps, design strategies, and streamline IDD/BIM processes, building capabilities through targeted programmes.

Part of the team driving the transformation of the Build Environment (BE) sector into a highly productive and integrated sector with digitalisation as a key enabler.
In particular, to drive the adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation and build competencies to enable better value chain integration and data-driven decision-making within the sector.
The job include the following responsibilities:-
Working with industry stakeholders such as government agencies, solution providers, leading BE firms etc, to understand gaps, ground challenges, and industry needs in relation to IDD/BIM implementation
Developing strategies and plans to address the identified gaps, challenges, and needs
Identifying ways to streamline IDD/BIM processes to ease implementation
Working with partners such as schools and training providers to introduce/enhance training, to equip graduates and professionals with the necessary competencies
Requirements:
Degree in construction-related discipline, with at least 3 years of working experience in the Built Environment sector.
Individual with profound belief in digital transformation and possessing a strong understanding of digital technology within the BE industry.
Experience in implementing IDD and/or BIM in projects will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
