Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a professional to drive the adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to modernise the Built Environment sector. You will collaborate with government agencies, industry players and training providers to identify gaps, design strategies, and streamline IDD/BIM processes, building capabilities through targeted programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction-related discipline with at least 3 years in Built Environment
• Strong belief in digital transformation and understanding of digital technology in BE
• Experience with IDD and/or BIM is an added advantage
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Forward-thinking, resourceful and committed to transforming Singapore’s built environment

Responsibilities

• Work with government agencies, solution providers and BE firms to understand gaps and industry needs in relation to IDD/BIM implementation
• Develop strategies and plans to address identified gaps, challenges and needs
• Identify ways to streamline IDD/BIM processes to ease implementation
• Collaborate with schools and training providers to introduce or enhance training for graduates and professionals
