Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a capable professional to strategize, develop, and implement manpower development programmes for the construction sector. The role involves leading a platform rollout for online skills assessment and test booking, enabling firms to access workers’ upgrading records and status.

Responsibilities include strengthening Singapore’s skills testing capabilities for new entrants and upgrades, refining assessment standards, and contributing to future skills standards to keep pace

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of a manpower capability development platform including online skills assessment and test booking to enable firms to self-help and access foreign workers skills status and upgrading records.
• Build and strengthen skills testing capability in Singapore for new foreign worker entry and upgrading, refining assessment standards to stay rigorous and relevant.
• Shape the next generation of trade skills competencies by contributing to the development of future skills standards and assessment models.
