Job summary

Tuas Power Generation Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for an Electrical Engineer Supervisor to lead Technical Officers and Technicians, drive maintenance strategies, and ensure safety compliance. The role focuses on reliability, availability and efficiency of plant assets while controlling expenditure.

You will set team goals aligned with station targets, oversee installation and commissioning of new systems, and upgrade existing electrical controls to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of electrical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Technical Officers and Technicians.
• Dissemination and enforcement of Company's policy, Station's rules and instructions.
• Maintain and update the Department administrative records and documents.
• Manage the physical plant assets to ensure reliability, availability and efficiency while optimizing expenditure.
• Set clear goals aligned with station goals and develop team potential.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare and implement plant maintenance strategies and maintenance plans.
• Installation & Commissioning of New Plant / Upgrading of obsolete electrical control system.
• Modify existing plant equipment/electrical control systems to enhance reliability, productivity and safety through MOC.
• Investigate, analyze and rectify electrical faults and tripping with the team.

• Installation & Commissioning of New Plant / Upgrading of obsolete electrical control system

• Modification of existing plant equipment/electrical control systems to enhance the reliability, productivity and safety through MOC

• Work with the team to investigation, analysis and rectify electrical equipment faults and tripping

About you

• Tertiary qualifications (Degree) in Electrical Engineering

• 3 years' electrical field experience

This position will be based in Tuas, company transport is provided at Jurong East/ Choa Chu Kang MRT station.
