Job summary

We are seeking an L&D professional for a permanent role in Singapore. The position involves supporting needs analysis, developing training programmes, and coordinating learning resources and schedules. Candidate should be proficient with LMS tools and capable of facilitating engaging sessions.

Diploma/Degree in L&D or HR is required, with 0–3 years’ experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Transport is provided from Jurong East; AWS, VB and 14 days annual leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in L&D, Education, HR or related discipline.
• 0–3 years’ relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship welcome.
• Good communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
• Familiar with LMS and digital learning tools.
• Experience in technical, engineering, energy, oil & gas or industrial environments is an advantage.
