Job summary

OCBC Bank is hiring a Trade Finance Product Manager for an on-site, full-time role in Singapore. You will shape the future of trade finance products by partnering with technology and business teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in trade finance or product management, with strong knowledge of documentary trade, supply chain finance, and regional APAC exposure. You will drive governance and ensure regulatory compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
At least 5 years in trade finance/product management or related field.
Strong knowledge of Documentary Trade and Supply Chain Solutions (LCs, collections, guarantees).
Experience collaborating with technology/product development on platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the trade product agenda across Documentary Trade and Supply Chain Finance.
Partner with Development/Tech teams to translate requirements into platform enhancements and digitization.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, business case, launch, post-launch review.
Ensure governance, policy compliance, and audit/regulatory readiness.
Support regional initiatives, cross-border rollouts and product monitoring/controls.
Support senior PMs in governance and execution of risk participation and asset distribution.
