Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking an Executive, Industry Insights to deliver category expert insights and actionable recommendations to clients. You will analyze category performance, translate data into stories, and present growth opportunities using NIQ data and tools.

Collaborate with clients and in-market teams to tailor insights, support decision making, and drive business growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; 1–3 years of experience; curious mindset to turn data into insights.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides; fluent in English.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use NIQ data and tools to answer client questions with actionable insights.
• Analyze retail measurement and datasets to identify trends and recommendations.
• Develop understanding of client businesses and market dynamics to tailor insights.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine analytical approaches.
• Translate complex data into clear stories, visuals, and presentations for decisions.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and category performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to introduce NIQ products and solutions to clients.
• Flag project risks and issues; support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure briefs are complete and actionable; work with teams as needed.
• Grow expertise in NIQ methodologies, tools, and data solutions.
