Qualifications

• Degree in Business or other relevant fields such as Arts and Social Sciences.
• 1 year of experience in scholarship/sponsorship projects preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of recruitment and partnership efforts.
• Disciplined, responsible, collaborative, and detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
• Strong presentation, data analysis and reporting skills.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The incumbent will support the implementation of healthcare manpower strategies and measures for Singapore's public healthcare sector under the Healthcare Manpower Division.

JOB OVERVIEW

The incumbent will be able to contribute to the growth and sustainability of the public healthcare sector through scholarship & sponsorship management, outreach programmes and other initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Scholarship Programme Management:

• Manage financial aspects of the scholarship programme, including budget planning and processing of payments grant administration.
• Implement and support strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Oversee scholarship programmes and cultivate stakeholder relationships.
• Provide counselling and support to scholars.
• Organize onboarding programmes and orientation sessions.
• Conduct briefings and engagement sessions.
• Any other assignments stipulated by the supervisor.
• Strategize and execute outreach activities for secondary schools, and institutes of higher learning.
• Organize career fair and events.
• Manage work attachment programme, learning journey and career talks for secondary school students.

Return to Nursing Programme Management:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to re-engage former nurses.
• Administer and manage the programme, including providing counselling to candidates and trainees.
• Manage project grant and process fund disbursement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirement(s):

• Degree, in Business or other relevant fields such as Arts and Social Sciences preferred.

Other Requirements / Qualities:

• Years of experience - at least 1 year working experience, preferably in scholarship/sponsorship projects. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• The role requires international travel as part of recruitment, engagement, and partnership efforts.
