Job summary

MOH Holdings is seeking a dedicated facilities management professional to join the IFM team overseeing integrated facilities management and operations for healthcare nursing facilities. The role emphasizes forward-looking leadership and innovations in smart, sustainable practices.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of FM experience, preferably in healthcare or critical facilities, and be proficient in safety, compliance, and vendor management as part of a broader facilities strategy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Integrated Facilities Management, or Engineering / building services, or related.
• Higher Nitec in Facilities Management and Engineering or related.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Certified WSH, Certified Green Mark professional, CFME, will be advantage.
• Two years of facilities management experience; healthcare or critical facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Senior Manager.
• Manage the IFM operations and maintenance, including ad-hoc project works for the care home facilities.
• Maintain and update regularly on the facilities operation documentations, procedures & processes, and guidelines.
• Ensure the compliance with Health, Safety, and legislative requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure the service level performance requirements are met.
• Support the analysis of FM operations data (monitoring of utilities, breakdowns, costing, maintenance, users feedback, just to name a few).
• Manage the monthly IFM reporting and submission.
• Support and execute the initiatives on FM improvements through innovations and FM technologies (i.e. FM Sustainability certification, Cost-Savings initiatives, productivity, just to name a few).
• Manage and maintain the digital documentations and records for the operations and continue to innovate.
• Provide the administration works for the facilities maintenance and operation.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous facilities management professional to be part of the growing MOHH IFM team. • Fresh Graduates may apply with any relevant internship work experience.
