Job summary

ST Engineering West Singapore is seeking an Executive, Facilities Management Centre to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, inspect sites, and coordinate fault response. You will monitor contractor performance, prepare maintenance reports, and support regulatory compliance and incident investigations.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or Building Services and at least 3 years in facilities management, with CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience managing contractor management, incident reporting, root cause analysis, work proposal preparation, asset inventory management and use of CMMS systems.

Job Requirements
