Job summary

KINGSMEN PROJECTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for corporate retail and interior fit-out projects. You will analyse drawings, quantify materials and labour, develop cost breakdowns, and support project budgets with cross‑functional teams.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey, Contracts Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out estimation.
• Strong understanding of material, labour, and equipment costs; familiarity with industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and construction documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve estimation discrepancies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; proficient with estimation software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for corporate retail and interior fit‑out projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

• Maintain and update cost databases and historical records to enhance future estimating efforts.
