Job summary

J ROGER PRESTON (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD designs and manages mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects across residential, office, commercial, hospital and institutional sectors. Engineers attend consultants meetings and oversee the M&E aspects of construction activities.

Degree holders with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holders with 8 years’ experience in design and implementation are invited.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holders with 8 years’ experience in design and implementation.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Experience as a consultant in the construction industry is a pre-requisite.

Job description

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.
