Job summary

RANKINE & HILL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E project engineer to plan, design and administer contract and project works for building services in Singapore.

You will prepare tender specs, review drawings, conduct tender evaluations and attend progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants and contractors. You will manage projects on site, identify non-conformities in contractor work, and contribute to a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in an M&E consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design and building projects and codes of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, be assertive, independent and proactive.
• Must have started Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects.

• Must have successfully started Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects
• Qualified for registration in Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
