You will connect account-level customer activation with senior‑leader platforms such as the Customer Advisory Council (CAC), executive roundtables, industry forums and CE/CXO engagements. Working closely with Sales, Business Development, Client Solution & Transformation (CST), Enterprise Product and senior leadership, you will ensure every engagement is purposeful, coordinated and followed through to measurable business outcomes.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Translate Enterprise marketing priorities into targeted programmes across priority accounts, customer segments and growth sectors.
  • Develop annual and quarterly activation plans covering executive engagements, customer events, workshops, forums, roundtables, exhibitions and account-based sessions.
  • Design engagements around clear business objectives, target personas, account priorities and intended customer outcomes.
  • Apply the Connect–Converse–Convert–Champion framework to support relationship development, opportunity progression and customer advocacy.
  • Maintain an integrated calendar across customer engagements, senior‑leader platforms and strategic industry touchpoints.
CE/CXO & Senior‑Leader Engagement
  • Identify opportunities to engage priority customers through CAC sessions, executive roundtables, industry forums, leadership dinners and other CE/CXO platforms.
  • Partner with senior leaders, Sales and account teams to define customer agendas, objectives and follow‑up plans.
  • Curate executive engagement journeys combining thought leadership, customer challenges, Singtel capabilities, industry perspectives and peer interaction.
  • Coordinate senior‑management participation, executive hosting, briefing requirements and customer protocols.
  • Prepare executive briefs, customer profiles, account context, talking points and run‑of‑show documents.
  • Track relationships and opportunities arising from senior‑leader engagements and ensure disciplined account‑level follow‑through.
Customer Events & Engagement Execution
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of customer events, executive forums, workshops, roundtables, exhibitions, networking sessions and appreciation programmes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, responsibility matrices, checklists and contingency plans.
  • Manage venues, agencies, vendors, speakers, event production, branding, technical requirements, hospitality and on‑site operations.
  • Manage internal approvals, procurement, purchase orders, contracts, invoicing and governance requirements.
  • Conduct post‑event reviews covering customer feedback, lead outcomes, stakeholder observations and improvement actions.
  • Ensure customer experiences meet the standards expected for senior executives, strategic customers and VIP guests.
Customer Insights & Business Outcomes
  • Capture Voice of Customer insights from events, senior‑leader platforms, surveys and stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor customer trends, industry developments, competitor activity and emerging executive topics.
