Job Description & Requirements

Donor Engagement & Fundraising

• Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, both internally and in cooperation with external stakeholders such as organisations and foundations.
• Manage external fundraising events, corporate CSR initiatives, and third-party fundraising activities.
• Supervise online fundraising operations including campaign development anddonor engagement.
• Design and implement donor engagement strategies to cultivate lasting relationships with corporate and individual donors.
• Prepare and submit grant applications as required.
• Support the maintenance of grantor relationships and provide timely updates.

Marcom

• Develop visual materials—including graphics, infographics, and other assets—for campaigns, presentations, and community events.
• Curate impactful human-interest stories to showcase the outcomes and influence of CWW’s programs.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise effectively with corporate and individual donors, maintaining strong partnerships through consistent engagement.
• Address program-related inquiries from individuals and corporate partners, providing comprehensive information and facilitating involvement.
• Maintain and update internal databases pertaining to donor records.

General Administration & Query Management

• Respond promptly and professionally to general inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to data protection standards and fundraising regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
