The role requires PE registration and 11+ years' experience (15+ for Executive/Technical Director) with strong leadership and business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in civil/structural engineering and relevant professional registration.
• Minimum 11+ years' experience for Associate or 15+ years for Executive/Technical Director with project leadership.
• Strong client management, business development, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Win work and maintain key client relationships, including proposals and tenders.
• Deliver projects end-to-end: contract negotiation, project management, risk and financial performance.
