Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural with PE (Civil / Structural) registration with Professional Engineers Board in Singapore
• At least 15+ years' (Executive/Technical Director) or 11+ years' (Associate) relevant professional/technical experience with project management qualification
• High level engineering consulting and client management skills for major/complex design projects
• Excellent communicator with strong commercial, analytical and technical skills and client focus
• Ability to manage projects from strategic planning to detailed design and show leadership
• Ability to lead a team of junior staff

Responsibilities

• Winning Work & Client Relationships: develop and maintain client plans and positive relationships.
• Winning Work & Client Relationships: achieve revenue and utilisation targets; develop client proposals and tenders with Business Development.
• Project Delivery: manage overall project success including contract negotiation, schedule, quality, risk, and financial performance.
• Project Delivery: provide technical oversight and closeout with clients and project leaders.
• Financial management: manage profitability and financial contribution per project.
• People Management & Competency Development: lead and develop the team within the service group.
