The ED leads staff, coordinates multi-year financial plans, and aligns resources with the organisation's vision, ensuring compliance with policies and achieving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• The ED leads multi-year strategy and financial plans for Council approval.
• Oversees staff, volunteers and programme delivery with governance focus.
• Maintains risk management and internal controls for prudent operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and planning for Council approval and KPI alignment.
• Governance, finance management, grants oversight and budget planning.
• Organisational performance, HR leadership and staff succession planning.
• Oversee policy development, risk, safeguarding and crisis preparedness.
• Build partnerships and maintain relationships with Council, ExCo and stakeholders.
