Shan You in Singapore seeks an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction. You will drive growth, enhance programme effectiveness, strengthen governance, and oversee financial sustainability.

This role oversees HODs across Counselling, Community Partnership, Corporate Services, Wellness Community and Professional Training, leading with integrity and a passion for social impact.

• Experience in governance, budgeting and financial oversight.
