Job summary

Care Corner is seeking an Assistant Director (Community Mental Health) in Singapore to lead strategic development and governance of community mental health services. You will work with senior management to implement plans, manage budgets and ensure high standards of care across Children & Youth, Families and Seniors segments.

You will build partnerships with funders and healthcare partners, recruit and mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes for clients in

• Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Able to influence and develop rapport with ease across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience within social services or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements short, medium and long-term strategies for CMH/MHCS.
• Oversees community mental health and counselling services and monitors governance and quality.
• Manages staff recruitment, development and performance reviews.
• Engages funders and partners to strengthen service delivery and sector presence.
