Tallentire is hiring an Executive Director in Singapore to lead the Financial Institutions credit risk function for a Tier 1 global bank. You will hold credit authority across a global FI portfolio and report to senior management and the Board, shaping risk appetite across sovereigns, banks, insurers and digital asset players.

You will own credit approvals, ratings consistency, and oversight of complex transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Fifteen+ years in banking, with ten+ years approving Financial Institution credit at a major international or regional bank.
• Decisive, well-reasoned credit decisions across a broad FI portfolio.
• Ability to challenge senior bankers while maintaining commercial sense to say yes when risk is right.
• Confident presenting to Board and regulator audiences.
• Exposure to derivatives, repo, funds or digital assets is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Credit authority: approve or decline credit on a global FI portfolio and stand behind every decision.
• Hold the final view on counterparty ratings and maintain consistency across the book.
• Structure and de-risk large, complex deals with senior coverage bankers.
• Track concentrations, run stress scenarios and recommend portfolio action.
• Present the portfolio's risk profile to senior management, the Board and regulators.
• Help set credit policy, product approvals and risk infrastructure.
