Job summary

AHYD PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the Company's construction operations, business development and project management activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and daily management of the Company, including construction delivery, workforce planning, contractor management and client relationships. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong leadership, financial oversight and a proven track record in civil

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields.
At least 5 years in a senior project management or leadership position.
Proven experience overseeing construction projects end-to-end.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead construction operations and project delivery.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement.
Develop growth strategies and client relationships.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Provide regular reports to the Board and shareholders.
