You will oversee daily operations, motivate senior leaders, and guide long-term plans to expand market presence.

The role requires 5+ years of senior leadership experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management or senior leadership experience.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision‑making skills demonstrated through managing teams and projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills applied in business contexts.
• Business acumen with ability to analyze financial and operational performance data.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies and long-term development plans to drive company growth.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient use of company resources and smooth workflow.
• Lead and motivate department heads and senior management to achieve performance targets.
