Job summary

Ambition is seeking a senior leader to shape Singapore's entertainment/experience industry through a national association lens. This role defines the strategic agenda and leads collaborations across public and private sectors to position the organisation for long-term impact.

You will build a sustainable revenue model, engage government and multi-stakeholder boards, and guide the Secretariat to deliver value for members in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in associations, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and partnerships.
• Experience working with government and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience engaging Boards or Executive Committees.

• Lead industry advocacy and represent members in engagements with government and regulatory bodies.
• Drive member engagement, retention, and value through structured platforms and initiatives.
• Develop and deliver impactful industry programmes and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Build and execute a sustainable revenue strategy, securing sponsorships, partnerships, and funding.
• Ensure strong financial management, governance, and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop the Secretariat, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee.
