Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior leader to define and execute the organisation's multi-year strategy, aligned with Singapore's national tourism priorities and the attractions sector.

The role entails shaping policy, advising stakeholders, driving revenue through sponsorships and programs, and leading a high-impact Secretariat to support the Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in associations, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and forge partnerships.
• Experience working with government and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience engaging Boards or Executive Committees.
