Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Executive Energy Engineer for data centre operations in Singapore. The role focuses on driving engineering excellence, energy optimisation, audits, and compliance across site facilities and IT infrastructure.

The incumbent will act as SME for M&E, BMS, security, and DC operations, lead problem management per ITIL, and oversee certifications such as TIA-942, ISO, and Green Mark while coordinating with vendors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in M&E Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Experience or interest in critical facilities or data centre operations.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems (UPS, chillers, generators).
• Energy/environmental certifications such as SCEM, LEED, Green Mark are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for M&E, BMS, security, and DC operations.
• Lead problem management aligned with ITIL practices.
• Drive energy optimisation, audits, retrofits, and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee certification programmes end-to-end (e.g. TIA-942, ISO, Green Mark).
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and technical service vendors.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve design, build quality, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, SOPs, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Lead technical capability building across data centres.
• Support customer technical audits and reporting.
