Job summary

YHS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a finance professional responsible for costing, inventory, and costing analysis across product lines. You will be involved in month-end closures, material master maintenance, and support for audits while ensuring GST compliance.

You will collaborate with the MDM team, assist budgeting and forecasting, and gain exposure to intercompany transfer pricing in a dynamic finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate product costing records and perform cost analysis.
• Prepare month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
• Prepare in inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and cost allocation.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to costing, inventory adjustments, stock write-offs, and cost impact.
• To maintain the intercompany transfer pricing.
• Support monthly/Year-end inventory reconciliation and cycle count and stock count.
• Maintain new material master records upon requests from the MDM team.
• Prepare the internal and external audits by providing relevant financial information (purchase inventory roll forward reconciliation schedules)
• Prepare the forecast, Budget calculating product cost.
• Ensure accurate GST treatment of transactions and prepare GST reconciliations.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance manager.
