Job summary

Shi Shang Coffee in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to help with food preparation and ensure timely service. You will assist in cooking, portioning, cutting and packing to prepare for operation while upholding health and safety standards in the kitchen.

• Able to cook and assist prepare of food.
• Ensures that food is prepared and served to the customers on time.
• Maintains health and safety standards with all food, beverage and equipment in the kitchen.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Maintain food and beverage production environment.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Receive and store food products.
• Ability to perform all required kitchen assistance duties.
• Preparation of food like portioning, cutting and packing to prepare for operation
