Job summary

SHI SHANG COFFEE (1) PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily food preparation and ensure timely service. The role involves maintaining hygiene standards and assisting with various kitchen tasks in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

The candidate should be adaptable, able to multitask, and willing to work weekends and overtime if required. Prior coffee shop experience is a plus, with responsibilities including portioning, cutting, and packing for operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Coffee Shop/Food Court is an added advantage.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Able to cook and assist preparation of food.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to customers on time.
• Uphold health and safety standards for food, beverage and equipment in the kitchen.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Maintain food and beverage production environment and quality control procedures.
• Receive and store food products.
• Perform all required kitchen assistance duties.
• Prepare food through portioning, cutting and packing for operation.
