LEE & CAI HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen professional with strong Chinese cuisine experience to support central kitchen operations and maintain high food quality. You will handle ingredient prep, packaging, and daily cooking tasks within a busy team environment.

The role requires a good grasp of ingredient prep/storage and a valid Food Hygiene Certificate. You will also manage inventory flow and help in maintaining kitchen equipment and standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
• Good understanding of ingredient preparation and storage.
• Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Process and pack ingredients following guidelines to maintain quality.
• Champion daily food preparation in the central kitchen.
• Facilitate ordering and receiving of inventory.
• Maintain and upkeep kitchen machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the processing line and storage area comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist with R&D of new food products with the team.
