The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts – Singapore is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee the day to day operation of the Man Fu Yuan Chinese Restaurant and Chinese Banquet Kitchen. You will manage food preparation, quality, inventory, labour and costing to meet hotel standards and revenue goals.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership, you will mentor staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and drive excellence in high-volume service across in-room dining, catering and events.

Formación

• HACCP policies and procedures adherence within the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work stations.
• Ensure consistent preparation of all food items across meals and events.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and store food ingredients; check stock quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and control labour and food costs; support budget goals.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and feedback to colleagues to improve performance.
