Job summary

THAZANAS CUISINE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the preparation of innovative, high-quality cuisine for dining rooms, banquets and other facilities. You will manage kitchen operations, control stock and wastage, and lead hygiene, training and profitability efforts.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching and ability to develop menus while maintaining consistent quality and presentation to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and motivate culinary staff to meet quality standards.
• Experience in menu development and costing of dishes.
• Strong leadership with a focus on training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and motivate supervisors and culinary staff to meet standards.
• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth running of the kitchen.
• Oversee menu development and accurate costing of all dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing for on-time, quality goods.
