Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive Chef (Chinese Cuisine) to lead kitchen operations across all outlets. You will set and uphold culinary standards, develop menus, and manage costing, procurement, and inventory to support business goals.

You will coach a team of cooks, drive innovation in menus, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation. The role requires flexibility for split shifts and weekends in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation across outlets.
• Develop, implement and maintain standard recipes and culinary procedures.
• Plan and develop menus based on customer preferences and market trends.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and wastage to optimize profitability and kitchen efficiency.
• Forecast food requirements and oversee procurement and storage of supplies.
• Coach and develop the culinary team and drive continuous improvement in processes and standards.
