Job summary

Facade Today in Singapore seeks a Project Architect or Design Architect with strong design capabilities and hands‑on project experience to lead architectural work on industrial developments, including dormitory projects.

You will manage design development, authority submissions and construction stages, coordinate multiple projects with clients, consultants and contractors, prepare and review drawings, and participate in project meetings to ensure design intent, schedule and quality are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong architectural design, conceptualisation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently, with sound technical knowledge and site experience.
• Experience in contract administration and authority submissions, particularly for the Project Architect position.
• Familiarity with industrial developments preferred; particularly dormitory projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical, accurate and attentive to detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
