Responsibilities
  • Responsible for optimizing process, tools and systems to achieve best in class product quality and productivity in EWS operation.
  • Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
  • Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process, resolving process/product deviations (like excursion, RMA) in short turnaround time
  • Provide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-EWS support & coverage based on need & priority.
  • Participate in cost reduction projects to maintain cost efficiency
  • Understand each process flow and prepare the operating procedure
Your Skills & Experiences
  • Degree in electronics/mechanical engineering, sciences or Diploma in electronics/mechanical engineering, sciences with engineering experienced
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, PBI, office suite.
  • Advantage of possessing Design of Experiment (DOE), 8D methodology, Failure mode effect and Analysis (FMEA)
  • English proficiency
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to teamwork within and with other departments
