Responsibilities
  • Drive Safety Excellence by leading by example, conducting regular Gemba audits, identifying potential risks, and fostering a safety-aware culture.
  • Managing new equipment startups and collaborating with vendors for acceptance
  • Developing preventive maintenance (PM) procedures for optimal efficiency and quality
  • Creating corrective maintenance (CM) procedures and troubleshooting guides for shift personnel
  • Participating in cost, cycle time, quality, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Defining work instructions and operating procedures for alignment and shop floor behavior
Key Responsibilities
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues
  • Project management, design integration, and data analysis
  • Reporting, data gathering, and presentations
  • Collaborating with vendors on tool-related issues and improvements
  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Degree in Microelectronics / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Material Science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
