Your Role
- Carry out quality tasks and support Process Engineer improvement and job efficiency.
- Manage Quality Tasks without guidance – On‑Time Execution, On‑Time Data Entry, and Escalate to Process Engineer for any abnormality result or deteriorated trend.
- Follow up on lots on hold based on OCAP.
- Assist Process Engineers to carry out SWR lots.
- Assist Process Engineers to carry out Process Engineering Qualification & Evaluation.
- Assist Process Engineer to compile key measurement index reports (e.g., eSTAR, defect median, equipment long down & downtime trend, etc.).
- Troubleshoot OOC/OOS.
- Align recipes between system and MADCS.
- Assist Process Engineer to perform process fine tuning in OOC.
- Carry out 80% of Assistant Process Engineer’s tasks.
- Comply with the company’s security policy by adhering to the access privilege and control structures defined. Recognize security incidents or suspected problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations. Complete the annual security discipline refresher web‑training and eQuiz. Support or participate in periodic audits to determine security violations and inefficiencies.
- Perform projects, duties, or assignments that may be assigned as part of the job responsibilities or development plan for the employee.
- Conduct real‑time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violations and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved and studying past cases. Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures. Implement more user‑friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures, and TPM.
- Report all basic inline investigations in real time to relevant owners with full details.
- Respond to lots on hold; disposition lots in real time and implement actions to prevent re‑occurrence.
- Support training of operators through spec documentation, establishment of training materials, and training of OJT trainers.
Your Skills & Experiences
- NITEC/SET/Foreign Diploma or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Background in Electronics, Computer, Technical, or Mechanical fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
