Job summary

Civil Service Club in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for the Club's function rooms and event spaces. The role covers the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing contracts, with coordination across Operations and Marketing.

Based at the Tessensohn Clubhouse near Farrer Park MRT, you will build strategic partnerships, conduct venue tours, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships to secure repeat business and achieve booking targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hospitality, clubs or corporate environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for function room rentals and events.
• Develop partnerships with corporations, schools, government agencies and community groups.
• Conduct regular sales calls, networking, site visits and client meetings to generate leads.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations and event packages and close sales.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
