Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive events and communications professional to support our consortium initiatives. You will assist in venue setup, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site operations to ensure successful events.

You will drive event marketing, prepare EDMs and banners, and develop content for our website and social media channels while liaising with stakeholders across industry and research sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement preferred.
• Comfortable liaising with vendors, partners, and members across industry and research sectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including venue setup, registration, and on-site ops.
• Drive marketing activities and communications for events.
• Create event materials such as EDMs and banners.

About the Role

What You Will Do

Event Planning & Logistics

• Responsible for event planning, organisation, and logistical arrangements, including preparation, venue setup, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site operations

Marketing & Communications

• Drive marketing activities such as event promotion and participant communications
• Prepare event materials, including EDMs and banners

Publicity & Content

• Support publicity efforts, developing and managing content for the website and social media channels
• Support other ad-hoc duties as required to support consortium initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement preferred
• Comfortable liaising with vendors, partners, and members across industry and research sectors
