Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to support events, manage collateral, and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in communications or marketing and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support industry engagement events, including conferences and launches.
• Assist business units in developing brochures, websites, presentations, and posters.
• Manage external vendors for events, collateral production, video content, and corporate gifts.
• Plan, create, and manage content across channels including eNewsletters, videos, and social media.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align timelines, deliverables, and messaging.
• Oversee project planning, calendars, trackers, and workback schedules.
• Provide project management support including meeting coordination and follow-ups.
