Job summary

ML FORTIS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to plan and coordinate corporate events, trade shows, and product launches in Singapore. You will manage venues, budgets, materials and timelines, and collaborate with sales and marketing to meet business goals.

With 1–3 years in event planning or marketing, you bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team to deliver high-impact events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in event planning, event coordination or marketing.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate corporate events, trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, booth setup, equipment, product displays and promotional materials.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives to increase awareness of the company’s food products and brands.
• Liaise with event organisers, vendors, suppliers, retailers and business partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, obtain quotations, monitor expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Prepare and coordinate the production of event materials, brochures, banners, presentations and other marketing collaterals.
• Assist in engaging customers, distributors and potential business partners to support sales and business development activities.
• Monitor event performance, gather customer feedback and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain event schedules, supplier records, invoices, budgets and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align event activities with the company’s marketing objectives and business goals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
