Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline.
Experience in sales especially with Indian/Bangladesh restaurants and catering industry is a must.
Comprehensive knowledge of Bangladeshi and Indian cuisines (Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian) is highly preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of Indian/Bangladesh food culture and techniques.
Willing to travel from time to time with 2A/2B/Class 3 license.

Responsibilities

Create ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues (daily specials, coupons, loyalty programs, desserts, and drinks).
Develop larger business opportunities such as group sales, offsite catering, delivery service, and corporate events.
Contribute marketing and sales information to strategic plans and reviews.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Collaborate with Catering and Front Office to ensure contract details are delivered on time and customers depart satisfied.
Coordinate with Central kitchen to deliver services to clients.
Gather and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
