Job summary

FOIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Event Planner to lead planning and execution by collaborating with clients, managing vendors, coordinating logistics, and guiding event staff to deliver seamless, impactful events that meet client goals.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, budgets, quotations, and tenders; negotiating contracts; coordinating transportation, catering, and AV needs; and conducting post-event evaluations to identify improvements. Fresh graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to clarify event goals and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Develop detailed event proposals and budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for potential clients to secure business.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and services.
• Coordinate logistics including transportation, catering, and audiovisual requirements to ensure smooth event flow.
• Manage event timelines and monitor progress to meet all deadlines.
• Deliver responsive and proactive customer service by addressing client needs promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and vendors to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Supervise and train event staff to ensure preparedness and high performance during events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports to assess success and identify improvements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in event processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
