Job summary

TLK Trade Fairs & Events Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Event Executive to coordinate projects from planning through on-site execution. You’ll work with the team, attend site visits, and travel within Singapore as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and basic spreadsheets.
• Basic Canva and Google Workspace knowledge is preferred.
• Willing to travel within Singapore 2–3 times a week.
• Own transport is a plus, but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter more than years of experience.

Event Executive

Defu South Street 1, Singapore
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Hours may occasionally vary on event days, during festive periods or installations. Time-off-in-lieu is provided for additional hours worked.
Immediate availability preferred

TLK Events manages pasar malam, food fairs, festive lighting projects and event logistics across Singapore.

We are looking for a dependable, organised and proactive individual who wants to learn and grow in the events industry. You will work with the team to coordinate projects from planning through on-site execution.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with clients, vendors and suppliers on project arrangements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and simple presentations.

• Keep clients updated on project progress.

• Attend site visits, meetings and project planning sessions.

• Coordinate and support event setups and lighting installations.

• Keep schedules, invoices and project records organised.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and basic spreadsheets.

• Basic Canva and Google Workspace knowledge is preferred.

• Comfortable attending site visits and travelling within Singapore when required, typically 2–3 times a week.
