Vicinity Events plans and delivers corporate experiences, seeking an Event Organiser to own day-to-day planning and on-ground execution alongside the team in Singapore. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, manage timelines, liaise with clients, venues and suppliers, and support on-site setup and teardown.

The role requires hands-on event day work, willingness to work evenings and weekends when events require, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Experience in event organising / coordination, corporate preferred.
• Thrive under deadline pressure and last-minute changes.
• Clear written and spoken English; client-facing communication.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends when events require.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace; AV or production exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with clients, venues, and suppliers; chase quotes and confirmations.

• Track budgets, invoices, and post-event follow-ups.
• Maintain vendor lists and improve playbooks for repeat event types.
