Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage our event platform and listings in Salesforce. You will set up and publish events on CVENT, maintain templates and communications, and prepare materials and reports under tight deadlines.

You will field participant inquiries by phone and email, collaborate with finance on payment queries, and support the wider team with website event pages as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events and using registration platforms.
• Ability to pull reports and manage templates.
• Strong communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Set up and publish events on CVENT, maintain templates and communications.
• Maintain event listings in Salesforce.
• Produce event materials and reports on tight turnarounds.
• Close out events post-event: reconcile numbers, finances, surveys, certificates.
• Field participant questions by phone/email and handle registration issues.
• Coordinate with finance on payment queries.
• Support wider team tasks, including event pages on the website.
