Job summary

mci events & productions pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale MICE events (500+ pax) while driving business development, client relationships, and sales opportunities.

The role combines event delivery, logistics, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability and memorable experiences. A strong background in MICE, detail orientation, and collaborative teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in MICE industry or related field.
• Degree / Diploma in events, marketing or related qualification preferred.
• Experience planning and managing events with 500+ attendees.
• Strong client management and account servicing experience.

Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establishes and oversees the logistical and administrative support needs of events; may include site surveying, cash flow management, scheduling, and crowd management.
• Manage and oversee project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are met
• Proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities
• Oversee the production of all necessary collaterals and products with various departments
• Assess event goals, run pre and post-event meetings in preparation for the event, and manage the profitability of the client.
• Liaise between client and service providers, as well as contract negotiation
• Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with all relevant internal colleagues and associates. Maintain positive relationships with various external business partners and stakeholders
• Take on any other responsibility as assigned by the management

Jobs Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MICE industry or related experience
• Degree / Diploma in events, marketing or related qualification preferred
• Relevant experience with planning and management of events with over 500 pax
• Possess strong client management and account servicing experience
• Highly motivated and efficient
• Resourceful in getting unique venues and vendors
• Creative and with a good sense of aesthetics
• Class 3/3A driving licenses preferred
